Q: How quickly can you deliver?
A: Very quickly! Our 24 hour, same day service is very popular. We respond to email requests straight away to provide costs and turnaround times. We're open 24 hours on business days and from 10am till 4pm on Saturdays which enables us to deal with time sensitive requirements.
Q: What’s the turnaround time for international clients?
A: We often have international clients flying into London requiring last minute turnarounds on jobs with same day delivery in London, which is our speciality and would typically use our same day service.
Q: What’s the process for ensuring high-quality print results for urgent same-day orders?
A: Quality control assurance is essential in the print industry. Your job will be picked up by a friendly account manager who will be responsible for your estimate and overseeing the end to end production, meaning that you liaise with the same account manager throughout. The same account manager who provides your estimate is also responsible for inspecting the print before being sent out. A: Yes of course, we do have flexibility around pricing and can be very competitive for regular or bulk order customers.
Q: How should I supply print files?
A: Artwork should be provided as a PDF with crop marks and a 3mm bleed for the fastest turnaround, for more information please read our guide. However, we also appreciate that some clients may not be able to do this. If you send us the artwork that you have, we can add crop and bleed (or fix elements) for you. For larger or more complex artwork, our in-house design team can work with you for a small fee.
Q: Can I get a print proof before committing to the full print run?
A: We typically provide digital soft proofs with correct resolution, crops and bleeds. We find that digital soft proofs tend to be sufficient, though if there is a requirement to have a print proof or a one sheet run off, this is something that we can accommodate.
Q: How do you handle confidential or sensitive documents that need printing?
A: We're happy to enter into Service Level Agreements and sign NDAs for confidential or sensitive documents. Furthermore, we have a highly secure, restricted access and alarmed print shop.
Q: Can you print on eco-friendly materials, and what sustainable options do you offer?
A: Absolutely. We do offer printing on recycled materials, though it's important to have a mix of recycled and virgin fibres to maintain quality and the subsequent sustainability of the paper cycle. Additionally, we offer plastic-free binding covers as well as sustainable materials used in our packaging such as eco-friendly bubble wrap. Finally, all of our deliveries are zero-emission, further reducing any environmental impact of our printing.
Q: Can I request custom packaging or unique finishes for my print projects?
